An associate member of the Chartered Management Institute, Gareth Booth has extensive operational and financial leadership in diverse corporate settings. His present position as commercial director with the Copius Group focuses on expansion strategies for an engineering and contracting firm that works on diverse European power and infrastructure projects. Gareth Booth finds creative ways of generating maximum efficiency across wide-ranging geographies and sectors.
Previously serving as group operations director with Inspired Business Investments, Ltd., Mr. Booth defined strategic direction and facilitated the day-to-day aspects of operating Mercedes Benz franchises across south England and northern Ireland. He worked closely with key stakeholders in ensuring that internal policy was aligned with overarching business objectives, and oversaw investments in technologies that drove innovation.
Mr. Booth has also served as MetaCompliance, Ltd.’s chief financial officer, guiding private equity investment processes and due diligence in tandem with external accountants, legal advisors, and private banking partners. He engaged with US investment bankers in coordinating business strategies and the handling of complex financial statements. In his free time, he is an avid bee keeper who harvests honey twice a year and maintains three active hives.
